Owner of One Shot, a medical technical writing company designed to write on hard copy and disk, policy and procedures for each department of rehabilitation facilities for Medicare, Joint Commission accreditation/review. 

Developed, implemented and managed the Linguistic Branch of Team 97, Milan, Italy.   Promoted the Linguistic Branch and held several group activities focusing on conversational English while teaching ESL.  Successfully promoted Team 97, IT and Linguistic Branch by networking within International clubs and societies in Milan.

As a representative of Team 97, negotiated and obtained a three year contract for a software package for AR/AP (RAP) with Gillette/Procter & Gamble, Italy, increasing the company’s gross income by Euro 100,000 per year.  Total over three years: Euro  300,000
